خمس قطع سمك في ليه
اثنين فلفل اخضر حار مقطع
ملعقة طعام كزبرة خضرة مفرومة
بصلة شرائح
3 فص ثوم مفروم
ملعقه طعام كاري
ملعقة طعام بهارات مشكله
ملعقه صغيره قرفه مطحونه
ملح حسب الرغبة
كاس زيت
كاس لبن
كوب ماء


الطريقة :

نحمس البصل في الزيت على النار حتى يصبح لونه ذهبي

نضيف اللبن و الماء و الفلفل الحار ونتركه لمدة عشر دقائق
حتى يتجانس مع بعضه البعض

ثم نضيف السمك ونتكره ع النار لمدة ربع ساعه الى ان يستوي
